In its opening weekend, Marvel Studio’s latest superhero film Avengers: Infinity War has broken the record for highest box-office total in its debut weekend, raking in $250 million, according to Deadline. It surpasses the record previously set by Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which pulled in $247 million when it debuted in 2015.
